The White and Blue Menu has its roots in Greek cuisine. The Head Chef Reda Doud was inspired by the idea of combining two international cuisines and creating a Fusion menu, which combines Greek and West European cooking styles.

Restaurant Dubná Skala is an inseparable part of the hotel, delightful atmosphere and privacy. It has always been one of the most popular and most visited restaurants in Žilina. It focuses on experience gastronomy and serves a wide choice of the finest dishes of international and Slovak cuisine. Restaurant Dubná Skala with the capacity of 68 seats is also suitable for various social event and business meetings. Opening hours: 11:00am - 11:00pm.
Our daily menu is served Monday till Friday from 11:00am. till 14:00pm. It includes soup, main dish and dessert for 7,50 €.
